Frequently asked questions
Are your products digital or physical?
Our current products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Each listing explains exactly which files are included.
How and when do I receive my files?
Files are available after Etsy confirms your payment. Sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser, go to Purchases, and select Download Files beside your order. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Extract any ZIP file before opening the files inside.
What software do I need?
Requirements vary by product, so check its listing before buying. Our current XLSX spreadsheet tools were checked in desktop Microsoft Excel on Windows. Mac Excel, mobile apps and other spreadsheet applications are untested. PDF guides require a PDF reader. Software is not included, and the current spreadsheet listings do not include a separate Google Sheets or Canva version.
Can I edit the templates?
The spreadsheet tools allow changes in the designated input cells and supported fields. Their guides explain which areas to edit. Keep calculated cells and the workbook structure intact. Printable PDFs are not necessarily editable; check the individual listing.
Can I use a product for my business or share it?
Our current business templates are licensed for internal use by one business. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the template files. For other product types, follow the license stated in that listing. Buying a file does not transfer its copyright.
Do you offer customization or ongoing subscriptions?
Our current listings are ready-made downloads; custom setup, consulting and customization services are not included. There is no ongoing subscription charged by our shop for these files. Your chosen software may require its own license or subscription.
What if a file will not open or does not work as described?
First extract the ZIP and check the listing's software requirements and quick-start guide. If the problem continues, contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number, file name, software version and a description or screenshot of the issue. We will review the problem and help with the included files. Please remove any customer or other sensitive information from screenshots before sending them.
What is your refund policy for digital downloads?
Because our current products are instant digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations. If a file is missing, faulty or materially different from its description, contact us through Etsy Messages so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. This does not limit your rights under applicable law or Etsy's Purchase Protection policies.
