Are these physical items?
No. All items are instant digital downloads.
Do your products come with a transparent background (PNG)?
Yes! Every clipart set includes PNG (transparent background) and JPG (white background) - 4096x4096 px, 300 DPI.
How do I download my purchase?
After checkout, Etsy sends a download notification. You can also go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews and download the PDF with links to your files (hosted on Google Drive due to Etsy’s file-size limits).
Can I print these? Are they high quality?
Yes. Everything is prepared at 300 DPI and suitable for printing and further editing.
I accidentally bought the same product multiple times. Can you refund it?
Of course! If you accidentally purchased the same product twice (or even more), please write me a message. I will refund your doubled purchase as quickly as possible.
What’s the license? What can I do with the files?
