When will I receive my digital design?
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Currently transitioning designs to Canva. Please message if you need an editable template, and I will set that up for you ASAP!
Very fast turnaround, typically ready in less than an hour... time is less than 24 hours for personalize designs! *Please message if you need something sooner.*
After the order is placed and all necessary info is provided. Keep in mind this is a digital file, no physical items will be shipped or printed.
Personalized items will be sent to the e-mail listed on your Etsy account. Check homepage announcement for current turnaround time. Contact me if you need a more accurate turnaround time.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalized designs will be edited for you, I do not offer editable templates. The information you provide will be applied to fit the design. I'll send a proof via Etsy convo to make sure everything is accurate, I can do two revisions per order if needed.
The designs you are previewing will be personalized with your birthday information. The layout, graphics, and wording will remain the same, open to minor changes.
There will be an additional cost for structural changes to the design. Including several changes in fonts, colors, rearranging the format, wording, adding illustrations etc. Additional charge will be determined based on the amount of changes requested. Contact me prior to placing your order for these requests.
Printing
These are digital designs you can use to print at home, I do not offer printing services at this time.
If you need a PDF file or 2 invites per page, please make note of this when you order. I'll be happy to provide help with printing questions or suggestions.
Print on white card stock paper for best results with any weight or finish you prefer. If you like printing on photo paper that looks good too. Most designs look great on matte or satin finish.
