Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 1 month.

I quality control items and everything that is bought and sent is just as described and shown in my listings. I will work with you in advance to assure the best fit for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me so we can work out a resolution. Due to the fact that most items are unique custom made pieces, I do not accept returns.If the product is not exactly what you imagined, please send me a photo of you wearing it, indicate what you are not satisfied with and together we will find the best solution for you. Shipping fees are not refundable.

International orders:

I ship all international orders by air class mail, if you would like express priority shipping, please contact me for shipping rates. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for lost packages by mail carriers .

If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact me and I would be happy to do this for you. If you are an international buyer and would like express shipping, please contact me for shipping rates. I am not responsible for lost packages by mail .

Please note that my store does not accept exchanges and returns. You can write to me about your problem and maybe I can help you! Return shipping and exchange costs are at the buyer's expense. Refunds are made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the storehouse.

If you received the goods with a marriage - I will gladly make a replacement for you! Transportation costs for the repair of goods are at the expense of the buyer.
