Do you accept refunds?
For physical products, please refer to Printful's Customer Service, as they are a production partner who fulfills, packs and ships all orders.
For digital downloads, no, I do not accept refunds. Due to the nature of a digital download, refunds are not available. However, your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have a question or concern about a product, please contact me and I will be happy to help.
What software do I need to use your products?
For most of the products in my shop, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC or an editing program of your choice is required. However, some other products can be used in any editing program of your choice that supports them, such as my texture and font products. Please be sure you know how to use these file formats before your purchase. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.
Can I use your products for commercial work?
Yes! This is precisely what these resources are intended for, and I personally use and stand behind these products in my own commercial work daily.
