A Small World Built Around Mechanical Obsession
Clocknoir started because I kept buying mechanical kits I probably didn’t need.
At first it was just one small model sitting on the desk. Then more tools showed up. Small containers full of screws. Half-finished builds. Old mechanical parts I couldn’t bring myself to throw away. Eventually the whole workspace slowly turned into a place filled with strange moving objects.
Most people probably just see finished models.
I’ve always liked the process more.
Adjusting tiny parts for hours.
Taking something apart because one small gear feels wrong.
Leaving unfinished projects on the table for weeks and suddenly going back to them at midnight.
A lot of the things here are the kinds of objects I personally like keeping around my workspace — mechanical creatures, flying machines, strange little automata, unfinished experiments, and pieces that feel satisfying to look at when you enjoy mechanical details.
Some people collect watches.
Some collect sneakers.
I somehow ended up collecting mechanical things.
This shop is really just a small part of that world.
Not a polished studio.
Not a giant company.
Just a workspace slowly filling up with mechanical objects over time.
