The order was large so naturally it took a little extra time with international shipping factored in but they are the most clean and professional molds i've received to date from any store - I particularly liked how the sizes were displayed on the molds making for a much easier time to translate into Australian measurements. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great result!

When Can I expect my order?
Your purchase will be shipped to your saved Etsy address, so please make sure this is correct before purchasing.
YOU choose shipping method at customer checkout. Shipping rates are based on ETSY prices and tracking/speed are selected by the BUYER at checkout!
How is my order shipped?
Parcels sent via Canada Post or CHITCHATS.
Shipping Labels are usually printed 1 - 5 days before that Package reaches the post office.

Will my Item be the one in the listing picture?
Each mold is made to order. Occasionally I will change the outer shape of the mold if I feel it will be better for the customer (easier release, easier to see etc.)... I update the listing pictures, but sometimes this lags behind a bit!
What if my parcel does not arrive?
It is rare for a parcel to not arrive, but on the rare occasion it can happen. If you have not received your parcel within the published expected delivery date of your purchase, please file an ETSY CLAIM (found under your purchases section) and you should receive a prompt refund.
Custom and personalized orders
Occasionally I accept custom orders if a buyer sends us a piece they would like a mold of. Custom molds made for customers are NOT "exclusive" and can be used as molds sold in my shop.
Duties and Tariffs?
For US buyers only TARIFFS included in the price at checkout (tariffs, duties, taxes, and other import fees are paid at the time you purchase (Delivered Duty Paid). There should be NO ADDED FEES AT DELIVERY.
Customers outside Canada and the US are responsible for the payment of all the taxes and duties, that certain countries can have (ETSY now collects VAT at purchase).
