1. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We can create custom designs to match your branding, colors, logo, or specific requirements. Please message us before ordering if you have a special request.
2. Can I see a proof before production?
Absolutely! We offer one free design sketch before you place your order, so you can see the direction of your design before committing.
After your order is placed, we include up to 6 rounds of design revisions to make sure your design is just right before we move forward with production.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if we haven't started the design process. If design work has already started, a $20 design fee will be deducted from your refund. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. Can you add my logo?
Absolutely! You can send us your logo through Etsy Messages or via email (info@closingdaysigns.com) after placing your order, or contact us before ordering if you'd like to discuss your design.
5. Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk and larger orders for real estate agents, teams, brokerages, title companies, attorneys, mortgage professionals, and other businesses. Message us or email us at: info@closingdaysigns.com for details.
6. Do you make completely custom signs?
Yes! If you have an idea that you don't see in our shop, send us a message. We'd be happy to discuss a custom design.
