All orders are shipped with tracking, so check that first. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that USPS will update this information, or guarantee any expected delivery dates. For U.S. orders, if you do not recieve your order within 15 business days of the shipping date, and it is not returned to me, I will arrange shipment of another item and file a claim with the USPS for the lost shipment. For international packages, re-shipment will be done on a case-by-case basis, and will depend on where the last scan was, custom delays, and elapsed time. Please note that this does not include any item that is marked as DELIVERED by USPS. Once an item is marked as DELIVERED with USPS, then your transaction is complete.

If you provide an incorrect address, you will not be refunded for the lost package. If the item is returned, you will need to pay additional shipping charges to have it shipped again. Purchased items are always marked as shipped, so please let me know if you have not received your order in a timely manor. Also please be sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

The only item I offer framing on is with burlap prints, and you must select the framed option by using the drop down menu on the listing. Please note that I do not offer anything framed to international buyers, as frames are fragile and do not ship well internationally.

Shipping and processing are two different factors on when you will receive your order. As a standard estimate, items in my shop typically take 3-5 business days to process, and then shipping speed is determined at checkout by the speed you select.
Please plan accordingly. If you are trying to meet a deadline, contact me BEFORE placing your order. I cannot guarantee that USPS will update tracking, or guarantee any expected delivery dates.

USPS Ground: 3-8 business days, with no guarantee
USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days, with no guarantee
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, with no guarantee
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days, with guarantee

Unfortunately, I do not offer gift wrapping on orders, but I can include a gift message in the package for you. When checking out, just leave what you'd like in the "Notes to Seller" box in your cart. Be sure to also mention that the item is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient.
Unlike standard receipts, gift receipts do not include any information regarding price.

If your package arrives damaged please contact me immediately, and send me a photo of the damaged package/box, and another photo the damage to the product. Once received, I will proceed with filling claims, and working out how to fix the problem in a timely manor.

Because dictionary prints are printed on actual vintage dictionary pages, the pages are chosen at random. If you're looking for a specific word please reach out and I will do my best to meet your needs, but please understand that I cannot make any guarantees regarding the content of the pages.
