The item you received matches the exact selection made at checkout. As stated in the listing, size and set options are clearly defined. Address and Delivery
We kindly advise double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address due to an error in the information provided during checkout, we regret that we cannot be held responsible. We recommend reaching out to the carrier or local postal service for assistance in rerouting the package, if possible.
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as the customer not being home, failing to pick up the package, or providing incorrect delivery information, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping and Tracking
We kindly ask that you wait until the end of the estimated delivery time before inquiring about your item's status.
For international deliveries, tracking begins once the item is scanned by the destination country's postal service. Please be patient as tracking information may take some time to update.
The estimated delivery time varies based on the destination. Please refer to the individual listings for specific delivery estimates.
Once your item has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information. Use this information to track your order through the designated carrier's website.

Custom and personalised orders
Do not send images as a reply to an Etsy email or through Etsy messages, as image quality might be reduced in messages. Once your order is placed, we will provide the email address for this purpose.
We will request the image one time. You must provide the image within 2 days. If we do not receive the image within this time frame, we will either use the image sent through Etsy messages (despite the potential quality issues) or complete your order without shipping the item (on hold order) until you respond.
We are not responsible for low-quality images sent via email, such as screenshots. Please do not take a screenshot of the image sent through Etsy messages and email it to us. Always use the original, high-quality image.
Can I exchange my collar or harness for a different size?
Because every brand sizes differently, we always provide a detailed size chart and strongly recommend measuring your pet before placing an order.
If the wrong size is ordered without measuring, we unfortunately cannot offer a free exchange. We’re a small business and cannot process unlimited free returns or exchanges.
If you would still like to exchange for a different size, you may return the item in its original condition (to the address we will provide, not the address on the package) and place a new order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid sizing issues, please measure your pet’s neck and chest carefully and compare with our size chart before ordering.
