Hello Morgan, I’m so sorry that you are unhappy with your order. I have been trying to message you privately to figure out the best way to fix this for you and make sure you are satisfied with your order but I haven’t heard back. I would love to know what about the keychain, aside from the color, wasn’t what you expected so I can work to improve. If you meant to order the slate blue instead of the dusty jade, I’m happy to send the other color! If the exact color wasn’t conveyed properly in the photos, I am working to take new product photos that will ensure no one else experiences this issue.
