For custom orders*, please reach out via Etsy messages. From there we can discuss what you’re interested in, price range, and time frame.

If supplies are needed to be ordered (ie. specific colour, theme, jewelry type requests etc.), a small fee will be added to the total price !

Once your custom listing is created and purchased, I will get to work ASAP on your personalized order ♡

If you need something in a smaller or larger size, or would like something adjusted (ie. necklace length, ring size, etc.) please include this in the “Note to Seller” section before placing your order ! For reference, most of our bracelets are made anywhere between sizes 5.5-7.5 with stretchy elastic cord.

While I do not offer gift wrapping, I am more than happy to write a custom note to go along with your package. I also can add extra candy/stickers for some more fun ! Just let me know beforehand, or leave a “Note to Seller” with your message when you check out ! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ

While CloudPuppyShop is not directly responsible for any delays that occur during shipping, or any lost mail, I am more than happy to help with any shipping issues. Please let me know if you are waiting on your order for longer than the estimated time, and I will check with the carrier for an update on your package. If I feel that a package may have been lost, I may request a missing mail search with USPS. Usually orders within the US arrive within 7-10 days. Please have patience and I will do my best to get your package to you (ง •̀ω•́)ง✧

All jewelry is carefully inspected and sanitized before being packaged !

While I do my work in a clean environment and store my materials safely away, I have two furry rabbits who occasionally shed fur. If you are allergic to fur/dander, please make your best judgement and refrain from purchasing from my shop ! Your safety is more important ♡

For those with metal sensitivity/allergies, all metal hardware I use are Nickel and Lead free ! My earrings are made with stainless steel hooks, and necklace chains, clasps, jump rings, and ring bases are silver plated metal (iron).

For Bracelets and Other Elastic Accessories - Please refrain from excessively stretching the elastic cords. This may result in the bracelet/accessory losing elasticity, or even snapping ! All elastics used are pre-stretched to prevent the latter from regular wear :)

For Necklaces, Earrings, Metal Rings and All Metal Hardware Used (ie. Jump rings, screws, clasps etc.) - Please not get wet or submerge in water as this may cause it to tarnish ! Keep all jewelry dry. For earrings, gently clean just the earring hooks with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. All metal used is Nickel and Lead free !
