HOW TO ACCESS MY TEMPLATES?
ou will access your template through a free online template editor called TEMPLETT using a desktop or laptop computer through a web browser. You can use a phone or tablet, but it's not recommended. You will receive an email shortly (around 15 mins) after the purchase with a link to access your template to your Etsy email, or the email that you used to checkout. IMPORTANT: Don't use your Apple ID to sign in with ETSY because it hides your real email address, and you will not be able to receive the access link. There are guidelines in the instruction file how to access your template if you haven't received the link or can't use the email as well.
CAN I TRY THE TEMPLATES BEFORE PURCHASE?
Before purchasing, you can try all templates. Each listing contains a link to try the specific template before purchasing in a "DEMO MODE". All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the demo. You can see if your text will fit your purchase as you want or what you can change on the template.
WHAT CAN AND CAN’T BE EDITED?
• Most text can be edited for wording, font, color, size, and placement (please refer to the demo link in the item description for exact editing capabilities, some call out or title text may be set and uneditable)
• You can add or change the background color
• You can upload your own image
• You can rotate, and resize, text elements, uploaded photos, and some artwork.
IMPORTANT - YOU CAN’T CHANGE:
• You can’t change the size and orientation of the templates.
• You can’t change the artwork color, size and positioning.
For checking all possibilities, try the DEMO before purchasing. That is how you will be sure whether the template will suit your needs.

HOW TO TRANSFER MY FILES TO PHONE IF I EDIT ON A COMPUTER?
After editing and saving the template, click the ‘Download’ button, choose ‘JPEG’, then select the option ‘send by email’, add your email address in the box and the template will be sent to you. Next, open the email on your phone and save the photo to your phone. If you are using Mac and iPhone, you can also use Airdrop to transfer the file instead.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE OF MY TEMPLATE?
The purchase and use of a template is strictly for personal use only and for a single (one-time) use.
There is no expiry date and no download limit.
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from the shop is solely for your own personal use & not for republication, distribution / sale.
