This Privacy Policy describes how and when ClprtCo collects, uses, and shares personal information when you purchase an item, contact the shop, or otherwise use ClprtCo's services through Etsy.com and its related sites and services.

This policy does not apply to third parties that ClprtCo does not own or control, including Etsy or third-party services accessed through Etsy. Please review Etsy's own Privacy Policy for information about Etsy's practices.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

To fulfil an order or provide customer support, ClprtCo may receive information that you authorised Etsy to provide, such as your name, email address, order details, payment-status information, and message content. Because ClprtCo sells digital products, a postal address is not normally required for fulfilment, although Etsy may make transaction information available where required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. You may also choose to provide additional information when you contact the shop or request custom work.

WHY THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND HOW IT IS USED

ClprtCo processes personal information only where there is a lawful basis, including:

• to provide the products and services you requested, fulfil orders, deliver files, respond to questions, and resolve disputes;
• to comply with Etsy's Seller Policy, Terms of Use, and other platform obligations;
• to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or court-order requirements; and
• for legitimate business interests such as maintaining service quality and security, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

ClprtCo does not use buyer contact details for unsolicited marketing. Marketing messages will be sent only where valid consent has been given, and that consent may be withdrawn at any time.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Customer information is important and is shared only for limited reasons and in limited circumstances:

• Etsy: as necessary to provide the Etsy marketplace service and comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service providers: trusted technical, file-hosting, accounting, security, or professional-service providers may process limited information only as necessary to perform services for the shop. Some large product files are hosted through Google Drive; opening a Drive link is also subject to Google's own privacy terms.
• Legal and safety requirements: information may be used, retained, or disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or security issues, or protect the rights and safety of customers or others.
• Business transfer: if the business is sold, merged, or reorganised, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction only as permitted by law.

ClprtCo does not sell buyers' personal information.

DATA RETENTION

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Retention is determined by the status of the order, customer-service and dispute periods, Etsy requirements, security needs, and applicable tax and accounting rules. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE UK OR EEA

Etsy and some service providers may process information in countries outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where applicable, ClprtCo relies on the safeguards made available by those providers and required by data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to the processing of, receive a copy of, or request deletion of personal information. Some rights apply only in particular circumstances, and information may need to be retained where required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
