You will receive a tracking notification when your order has shipped. Your order may stay in "pre-transit" status, even though it has been dropped off with USPS. The tracking should update when it is processed at the next USPS location, typically the USPS distribution center.

To care for your garment with direct-to-garment custom chainstitching, hand wash and air dry.

If you'd like another shirt color, thread color, or other custom detail that you don't see on the listing, send us a message! Most custom requests like this can be fulfilled (this may involve a slight price increase and/or longer production time).
Need another font embroidered? We can embroider almost any cursive font in which the letters are connected. You'll just need to send us an image of your text choice in the font you'd like to use, and we'll make it happen!
