Frequently asked questions
Are all of the items you sell in stock?

The items in my shop may be not in stock temporarily after you made order, as we also sell in local shop, so the stock may not be updated timely. For this reason, I suggest the buyers confirming with me stock availability before order.

I will contat you through convo when I found there were items out of stock once I got your order.

So, please patient with me, I will try my best to symcronize the stock, but I really can't guarantee for that.

Will I be refunded if my country's customs don't accept the package?

1. We don't refund you if your customs don't accept the package of my items on the materials & physical profiles as you need to first consult your customs before buying with me. Since our products are mainly made of metal & plastic and for DIY use, it is your responsibility to explain to your customs what it is for use.

2. We don't refund on the case that your customs don't accept international package for personal purchase! It is your responsibility to consult/understand the importing rules and regulations before order with us. As in this case, we have to pay the return freight fee or abandon the package when returned.

How to do when there were broken clamp shells?

There is always case that the plastic clamp shells are broken when the buyer received the packages during transportation. Usually we will include one more plastic clamp shell if you order one style in multiple quantity, we don't send one extra if you only buy one piece of each style because we also have limited plastic clamp shells. All we can do is to use the best packing materials. We'll immediately send the replacement if it is severely broken. We will not replace if the broken is minor and don't influence designing after you using glue to fix it, because the designer need to glue the plastic with cover fabric anyhow.

Will the gifted chain sent again if I ordered the other chains in the order?

If you add chain(s) in your clutch order, we'll not send gift chains in the package to you any more. If you haven't added any chain in the clutch order, then we'll send a gift chain to you for each clutch.

How to do when there were defects in frame or closure?

We 100% replace it if there is defects in the surface of frame or closure, only if it affects the outlook.

How to do if there is missing gem stones?

Usually I'm sending clutch with extra gem stones, if I didn't include, I can send when you request.

Do you refund on color difference?

About color difference, it is hardly to avoid on galvanized metal frame, so we don't accept on any dispute or refund for color difference. Especially on items that light gold color, sometimes the frame is a bit darker that someone called it rose gold, sometimes the frame is a bit lighter that someone called it lighter gold, no matter in any cases we received the clutch from factory, we called it light gold. If you are very restrict on color, please consult us before order, or else, we don't accept any dispute on color difference especially on light gold color!

About order freight extra charge

We reserve the right to charge buyers any extra freight it happens when we are shipping the order. We already set the freight nearly 95% reasonably, but for some orders to specific countries, the actual freight is very high that we didn't expect, so we have to re-bill you the extra freight.
