What started years ago as a small collection of coaching and training tools has evolved into a broader creative and strategic studio focused on thoughtful resources for real life. Today, the shop blends strategy, storytelling, reinvention, humor, and practical support into products designed for ambitious humans navigating work, creativity, burnout, leadership, midlife, and everything in between.
I’m Melissa, a writer, strategist, nonprofit development professional, speaker, and lifelong learner with a background spanning business development, fundraising, leadership, coaching, insurance, events, and communications. Over the years, I noticed something important: many people aren’t lacking intelligence or potential. They’re overwhelmed, exhausted, overextended, or trying to rebuild after life changed direction.
