How do I access my downloads and files I bought?
Your downloads will be available as soon as you complete your purchase and payment.
1. To find the files you should sign in to Etsy.com on a browser and go to Your Account, then Purchases.
2. Once you are on the purchases page, you will find a "Download Files" button.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This will take you to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send you an email receipt after checking out that contains a link to download your purchase.
How quickly will I receive my downloads after I buy them?
All products are available by instant download. You should be able to download your purchases automatically as soon as your payment is processed.
How long do I have access to templates if I buy them?
You have lifetime access to the templates. Once you have clicked the template link in the PDF, the template is added to your own Canva account. You can go back to edit and download the template as many times as you like. If you don't have a Canva account, it is free to and easy to sign up at www.canva.com
Do I have to get a Canva Pro Account?
No, you don’t have to get a Canva Pro account. All elements in our templates are free to use. All you need is a free Canva account to use our templates.
How do I access the templates in Canva?
Once you have downloaded the PDF in Etsy, all you need to do is click on the template link in the PDF. This will take you to Canva and the template will be added to your own Canva account. You can go back to edit and download the template as many times as you like. If you don't have a Canva account, it is free to and easy to sign up at www.canva.com. You can do this at the same time if needed!
