5 out of 5 starsI waited and watched Etsy hoping this shop would reopen in time and it did! I already have two rings from this artist marking my educational and registration journey in my career and I wanted the third one to be from this artist, as well. I absolutely loved this ring design but one of my other rings from them is labradorite so I was hoping for a different stone. I reached out to the seller and made this request and they were able to accommodate me and get the same shape/cut in blue topaz for a small extra charge. The ring arrived and is absolutely stunning! It fits perfectly and is the perfect addition to my collection! I could not be happier. I highly recommend this Etsy shop and I will be back!

💎 Gemstones We Use
Every piece of our gemstones is carefully hand-picked by our own hands. They are sourced for their unique quality and carefully crafted to create the Cobali jewelry pieces, making sure they meet the highly valued product quality of Cobali jewelry.
Any incidental marks, inclusions and/or color/texture variances are part of the gemstone’s natural characteristics, and should not be considered as imperfections.
*Each stone is unique, and will vary from the stone in the listing photos.
In case you would like to take a part in picking your own gemstone for your jewelry, we would be glad to send you a video of the stones (3 pieces) we have for you to choose, with an additional charge of USD 35. Let us know if this is what you are looking for.
💍 Metal We Use
The sterling silver we use is chosen for its excellent quality and lifelong value. It is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver; the remaining 7.5% consists of other metals that add strength and durability. However, these metals may cause allergic reactions in some wearers.
We use 14K gold, which contains 58.5% pure gold. It is ideal for everyday wear and special occasions, as jewelry with a higher gold content scratches, wears down, bends, or breaks more easily.
*White gold receives an additional rhodium plating to protect against scratches and to provide a bright white appearance that hides its natural off-white color. Depending on wear, the plating will eventually wear off and require re-plating.
👌🏼 Ring Size and Fitting
We use standard US ring sizing throughout the shop, but we are more than happy to help you figure out the right size in other measuring scales (e.g. UK, Australian, European).
To save your time and money, we highly suggest you get an accurate size before purchase.
The best way to get an accurate size for your finger is to visit a jewelry store and have your finger measured with a special tool – finger sizer; or bring them a ring that fits your preferred finger and get the size with another special tool – ring sizer.
All our rings are Standard Fit, while Comfort Fit is also available on your request.

Let us know in advance if you would like to switch/upgrade the stone or change the kind of metal (extra charge may apply).
We are happy to set your own stone too — send it to us and we’ll customize it perfectly (additional fee applies). Please note: we never ship items without a gemstone.
Original shop designs are not hallmarked by default. “585” or “925” hallmark is available ONLY upon request.

🎁 Packaging
Every piece of our jewelry in the shop comes in a wooden box (made of teak wood) placed inside a craft paper box with a wax seal.
We take our responsibility for the environment very seriously, hence all of our delicately handcrafted packaging from Cobali comes from the wood offcuts sourced from local wood production places in Bali.
To make it even more special for your loved one, you can have your personalized gift message engraved on the bottom of wooden box. Your message will be arranged nicely in a beautiful font, an ideal way of sending love to your beloved one with your touching words.

We want you to love your jewelry! If you are unhappy with your purchase, message us in 72 hours of receipt, we can come to a mutually agreeable solution.
Custom/personalized order and items on sale canNOT be returned/ exchanged. Any hesitation about a particular design/gemstone etc, please reach out BEFORE purchasing.
We provide a life-time warranty for our items in the shop.

*In event of refund, we have to minus shipping fees, 50% processing fee and incoming taxes by Indonesian customs.
📦 Lost / Damaged Parcel
Please contact us immediately in case your parcel is lost within the average shipping time frame for international parcels which is around 4 -8 weeks, depending on the shipping method chosen.
*Insurance claims can only be filed after the parcel is declared to be lost by the shipping company.
Please note that a parcel is NOT considered as lost if it has been shipped for less than 90 days.
Damaged parcels MUST be kept as they are and pictured by a camera in order to file a proper claim. If you throw the packagings or parcels away before the claim is filed OR before the claim is fulfilled, filing a proper claim will NOT be available.
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged parcels, but we are happy to help with the insurance claim.
✨ Jewelry Care
We are proud to present the jewelries in the shop, as they are made with quality, and perfect to be worn daily. Yet, they are not made to endure intense impact of force or extreme conditions. Our jewelries will last as long as they came when they are taken care of. Keep them away from sweat or any chemical.
Sterling silver jewelry should be cleaned regularly to maintain the shine. It is natural for silver jewelry to tarnish when exposed to air over time, but a silver cleaner and a soft cloth will remove tarnish easily.
To keep your ring shine, you can clean it regularly with a solution of 10-part warm water and 2-part dish soap. Also, you can soak your ring in the solution for a few hours, then scrub it gently with a very soft brush.
