🇺🇸 Orders to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, we include the estimated import duties and tariffs in our shipping cost whenever applicable.

In most cases, the amount shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay, and no additional customs charges should be required upon delivery.

However, customs regulations and import policies may change without prior notice. If U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier applies any unexpected fees, taxes, duties, or other charges that were not included at the time of purchase, those charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are beyond our control.

🇪🇺 Orders to European Union Countries

At this time, shipments through Mexico's national postal service to European Union countries are temporarily unavailable due to ongoing updates related to customs and import procedures.

To avoid delays and ensure reliable delivery, all European orders are currently shipped via private express couriers (such as UPS or similar services).

Because express courier services are significantly more expensive than standard postal service, shipping costs to Europe are currently higher than usual. We appreciate your understanding while these temporary restrictions remain in effect.

Please note that any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by your country's customs authorities or courier service remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
