Shipping

Your jewelry is sent within 1 or 2 working days after payment.
with a français post office service called: "LETTRE SUIVI". This service allows you to track your package with a number which I will sent to you by mail.

Indicative time of delivary: About 2 days for France, 3 for EU countries and 5 to 30 days for the USA.

It may take longer around Christmas.

If you wish, it can be sent with CHRONOPOSTE and would take 3 to 5 days for a cost of +80€.


Coco Fischer shop will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout - but please note that we are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- Coco Fischer is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges required by your home country's regulations.

IMPORTANT- Coco Fischer is NOT liable for lost or stolen international packages, we ship worldwide by registered mail which makes shipping affordable but it does not include insurance. The track number will be provided to the customer with the shipping notification. if you package has not arrived please take it up with your local post office. If you prefer to ship via international express mail which included tracking and insurance please ask us for prices.

Coco Fischer is NOT liable for lost or stolen packages, if your package is marked delivered it means it was scanned by your post man before it's put in your mail box, if you did not receive it it was most likely stolen and you need to file a claim with usps.com



The shipping will be done via LA POSTE to the confirmed address on your PayPal payment.
