Payment
is the address you would like your item shipped to.
Shipping
Great care will be taken to make sure your item is packaged to reach you in perfect
condition.
Normally I use Royal Mail's airmail standard shipping, this does not have tracking numbers.
Shipping to the USA can take anything from 5 - 21 working days (with the average time being about 8 working days!).
If you would like your order to be tracked there will be a small additional fee.
Custom pet portraits and original paintings are sent using Royal Mail's international signed for service. Their aim is to deliver in about 5 to 14 working days.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes charged at customs.
For Australian customers a 10% tax fee is applied to your order at checkout on behalf of the Australian Government.

For custom pet portraits and commissions and other original paintings,please note that I am selling you the watercolor painting and not the copyright to the painted image which I retain.
