Take a clear, close-up photo of your pet’s paw or nose with your phone — make sure the details are visible.
You can also send a photo of a paw or nose print made using the pencil or ink method.

We recommend including the following information:
• Your full name (first and last)
• Medical conditions (such as diabetes, epilepsy, heart condition, etc.)
• Treatment considerations (for example, “Requires insulin” or “Pacemaker”)
• Allergies (food, drug, or material allergies)
• Life-saving medications (for example, “EpiPen,” “Blood thinner”)
• Emergency contact number with area code
(Tip: You can use “ICE” before the number — it stands for “In Case of Emergency.”)

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Materials
• Silver Jewelry: Made from 100% recycled sterling silver (925).
• Gold Jewelry: Sterling silver base plated with thick 18K gold vermeil.
• Rose Gold Jewelry: Sterling silver base plated with 18K rose gold.
All vermeil pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
(Solid gold options are not available at this time.)

Care Tips
• Remove before contact with water, sweat, or cleaning products.
• Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion directly on jewelry.
• Store in a cool, dry place — use a pouch or soft-lined box.
• Put jewelry on last and take it off first.
• Avoid drops or hard contact to prevent scratches or tarnish.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.

STANDARD SHIPPING: USPS First Class — estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
FEDEX 2DAY SHIPPING: Estimated delivery in 2 business days after your order has shipped.
FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Estimated delivery in 1 business day after your order has shipped.

For important occasions or special gifts, we recommend FedEx 2Day for a faster and more reliable delivery.

Please note: Even if you select express shipping, production time is still required before your order ships.

LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Once USPS tracking shows your package as DELIVERED, Code Blue is not responsible for lost or damaged items. However, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

• If your package is marked as undelivered or hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us. We’re happy to assist and help resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES POLICY

CANCELLATION
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• No handling fee will be charged for cancellations.
• Refunds are processed by Code Blue within 5–7 business days.

ORDER CHANGES
• You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase.
• After 12 hours, your order may already be in production — in this case, an additional fee will apply for any remakes or changes.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

• All sales are final.
• If you ordered the wrong size, a new order will be needed — our pieces can’t be resized.
• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error.
• All Code Blue jewelry comes with a 60-day warranty. If your item is defective within this period, please contact us — we’ll happily send a replacement within 10–15 days.
