Payment

Payments with PayPal are accepted at our store. We normally ship within 24-48 hours after Paypal´s confirmation of payment. Some pieces may need more time, in that case we will get in touch with you, to let you know the timing and if it doesn't suit you, we will either offer you a similar article or we will arrange the return of your money without charges.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by certified post. We will let you know the tracking number, so you can check at final destination. Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you need your parcel to be sent somewhere else, please advice when purchasing the item.

Shipping within Spain or in Europe takes up to 5 days, but delivery time to USA can take up to 10-15 days.

If you prefer a faster shipping for your purchase, it can be done by an express postal company, if you're interested in receiving your jewel home as fast as possible please let us know and we will inform you about the prices of this service.
