so it doesnt work EXACTLY as shown BUT...it DOES work. We go through a LOT of coffee in this house and seems a shame not to use the grounds in the garden and compost...this is a great solution!

Great product! This is so well made and sturdy. Every pod I have tried has been so easy to open with this cutter. It helps me feel a little better knowing I am composting and recycling these beverage pods.

not sure a simple knife doesn't work as well! The lip with foil is still difficult to remove. Is this a user issue on my part? Or, it just looked too good to be true?

It is well made and with help it could be useful. The "cutters" are not sharp and tend to tear the cover. A sharp knife does the job in less time and the lid does not have to be peeled back.

I really like my coffee pod cutter. It works great with a wide mouth canning jar. The only thing I dislike about it, is that it doesn’t cut the coffee filter out of the K cup. It’s still a great design.

Great tool that does exactly what I was looking for! I always felt guilty tossing my coffee pods straight into the trash after one use and have previously attempted trying to get to the coffee grinds so I can compost them, with no such luck! The instructional video was helpful to get the hang of and I will use regularly after my coffee pods cool. Is durable, I like the 2 options for use, and shipped fast. Kudos to Coffee Pod Cutter for helping me go green!
