Custom and personalized orders
I will accept cancellations on custom orders so long as you contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. I also accept changes to custom orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Care instructions
I highly recommend that my pieces be framed to make care easier. If you choose not to frame them, they are fairly easy to keep clean. Simply use a duster from time to time to gently remove any dust accumulation.
Should any bit of the paper come up at any time, use a toothpick dipped in a glue such as Elmer's to adhere the paper back to the surface. You may need to lay the piece flat and place a book on top of the art overnight.
To ship a card: be sure to place a thick piece of cardboard on the side with quilling. It is essential that the card doesn't bend. Please note you may need additional postage.
Shipping
I strive to be as accurate as possible in estimating shipping costs.
If the actual cost of shipping is more than $1 in your favor, I will refund the difference in cost.
If I underestimate the shipping cost, I will, of course, take care of the difference with no additional cost to you.
