Once purchased, how do the coins arrive?
All coins arrive in protective packaging with most orders coming in signed for delivery. The coins/bullions/notes themselves will arrive in protective casing or capsules for display and security purposes.
Are all coins genuine?
All coins sold are guaranteed genuine unless specified otherwise. Coins have either been certified and authenticated by myself or other credible partners, including coin antique coin valuation experts, the Royal Mint, and others.
Do you offer gift services?
We do offer gift wrapping. In addition, we have a variety of coin presentation and gift boxes to choose from. Examples can be found in the Gift and Misc section of the store.
Custom and personalised orders
We can create custom orders and we can reserve coins for up to 7-days.
Do you offer express shipping?
To North America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the European Union we offer an express shipping service through FedEx.
UK delivery we offer next day delivery.
