PROCESSING TIMES
• Due to the nature that all items are handmade and made to order, my turn around time is 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
• All orders will be provided with tracking information through USPS. Please keep in mind that delivery dates are never guaranteed. First class mail does not come with insurance. Upgrading to Priority mail comes with insurance up to $50 unless you purchase higher insurance. Colescustoms19 is not responsible for delays in tracking, orders marked delivered but not present, missing mail & items that have not been updated in the system. Please contact USPS with any concerns you have if this happens. USPS is experiencing delays in transit and tracking isn’t always updated in a timely fashion. Please contact USPS first, and then contact Colescustoms19 with any concerns, but USPS is the best person to contact first.

Please be sure that the address you’ve entered is the correct address. I am not responsible for orders shipped with inaccurate shipping information.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
I do not accept any cancellations as I have a quick turn around time. I do not accept any returns due to the nature that each item is personalized. I am not responsible for common wear and tear on any items. All items have a 30 day guarantee. Please message me with any issues within 30 days of receiving product.
