If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the collage at preview and are requesting too many changes that I’m unable to do I have the right to cancel the order.

Please read the full description of the item before purchase and please understand everything is done by hand from cutting the letter to hand painting the letter. These take a little more time to complete please see the turn around time above! :)

IF YOU ASK TO PURCHASE PRIORITY EXPRESS AND I SHIP IT OUT IN TIME. IT IS ON THE POST OFFICE IF THEY DO NOT DELIVER IN THE 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. I WILL REFUND YOU ON YOUR EXPRESS MAIL FOR THEM NOT DELIVERING IN TIME ONCE I RECEIVE THE CHECK.
