"Colleague" is the nickname my partner and I have given each other for years. This feeling of "we're a well-oiled machine" is perfectly reflected in the name of our shop.
The idea for this shop arose from our personal need for useful tools. There are countless things that need organizing and planning – from household budgeting and shared finances to the special moments and events we wanted to experience together. And we couldn't find a tool that did this really well without becoming an additional source of stress itself.
Excel spreadsheets were too rigid for us. Notion templates were too complicated for a quick glance. Generic all-in-one apps never quite captured what we needed at that moment.
So we started building our own tools – each for exactly one topic, exactly one situation. No more fiddling around with templates that were actually intended for something completely different. Instead: all the important aspects at a glance, clearly structured, ready to use immediately – leaving more time for the actual moments instead of for the surrounding organization.
Colleagues Studios was created out of this need.
Every tool in our shop is tailored precisely to one topic – no overloaded all-rounders, but tools that do exactly what they are supposed to: give you clarity and an overview without you having to fight your way through dozens of settings.

"Colleague" ist der Spitzname, den meine Partnerin und ich uns schon seit Jahren gegenseitig geben. Genau dieses Gefühl von "wir sind ein eingespieltes Team" steckt im Namen unseres Shops.
Die Idee für diesen Shop entstand durch den persönlichen Bedarf nützlicher Tools. Es gibt unzählige Dinge die Organisiert und geplant werden müssen - von der Haushaltsplanung über gemeinsame Finanzen bis hin zu den besonderen Momenten und Ereignissen, die wir gemeinsam erleben wollten. Und wir fanden kein Tool, das das wirklich gut konnte, ohne selbst zur zusätzlichen Stressquelle zu werden.
Excel-Tabellen waren uns zu starr. Notion-Vorlagen zu kompliziert für den schnellen Blick zwischendurch. Generische All-in-one-Apps haben nie genau das abgebildet, was wir in dem Moment gebraucht haben.
Also haben wir angefangen, unsere eigenen Tools zu bauen – jedes für genau ein Thema, genau eine Situation. Kein Herumfummeln mit Vorlagen, die eigentlich für etwas ganz anderes gedacht waren. Stattdessen: alle wichtigen Aspekte auf einen Blick, klar strukturiert, sofort einsatzbereit – damit mehr Zeit für die eigentlichen Momente bleibt statt für die Organisation drumherum.
Aus diesem Bedürfnis heraus ist Colleagues Studios entstanden.
Jedes Tool in unserem Shop ist genau auf ein Thema zugeschnitten – keine überladenen Alleskönner, sondern Werkzeuge, die genau das tun, was sie sollen: dir Klarheit und Überblick verschaffen, ohne dass du dich erst durch zig Einstellungen kämpfen musst.
