Is express shipping via the USPS or FedEx available?
No, I am unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Large items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Those items are denoted in the description/details on each listing.
What should I do if my order is damaged during delivery?
If your item is damaged during delivery, please let me know as soon as possible. The customer should file a claim with the USPS as the item will most likely have to be inspected at your local post office as part of the claims process. I suggest that you keep the box and packing materials, as well. Please keep me notified throughout the claims process as to the status and result. I will ONLY submit a request to Etsy for a refund if your claim is denied and results in "non payment" by the USPS. I do not have access to credit card information, therefore Etsy processes all transactions relating to charges and refunds. If there is an issue with your refund, you must contact Etsy directly.
What should I do if my order is lost and never delivered?
If you order is never delivered and deemed lost by the USPS, I will submit a claim with the USPS and submit a request to Etsy for your refund. Shipping times and delays are very common with the USPS, especially during holiday times. Major weather events can also greatly affect shipping times. Please be considerate of these issues as we determine if the order is lost. I track every order until it is delivered, so will be aware if an item doesn't appear to be moving.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, returns or exchanges are not permitted at this time. Please be considerate before asking and understand that I will not make exceptions.
