**NOTICE*** USPS is experiencing a delay with delivery. The processing time for an order is 5-7 business days and is then shipped USPS First Class with tracking. We can not guarantee a delivery date once it is shipped due to the USPS delay. Some packages have been arriving just fine, and others taking a few weeks. THANK YOU for your patience, understanding and grace during this time. If you need something by a specific date please email us and we can definitely help with that.
As the buyer you are responsible for making sure your shipping address is accurate in Etsy. Please DOUBLE check.

All orders are made to order and are not returnable. We do offer exchanges within 5 days of receipt. Please email us to arrange.
We ship USPS First Class with a tracking number sent to you. I am not responsible for any delay of your package through the USPS. The 3-5 day shipping time for First Class is an estimate given by USPS and during certain times of the year (holidays) it is not uncommon for 3-5 day shipping to take longer. Please contact your post office for any information on the location of your package.
If an order within the USA goes off the radar, and 20 days have passed with no delivery, I can offer you a replacement.
If a package is marked as delivered to your address and you can’t find it (stolen, misplaced, etc.), please contact your Post Office. I can not replace an item that is marked as delivered to the address provided.
International orders will be shipped through USPS First Class International. The customer is responsible for any custom costs. International shipping times vary by destination. Usually it is within 2 weeks - however, again, I can not guarantee a delivery date through the USPS. No refunds or replacements will be made until six weeks of nondelivery from date of shipment has passed. This may seem like a long time, and it is, but it may just end up getting there safe and sound!
Canada orders take a lot longer than you would expect considering the short distance. Have patience.
Should an item, either domestic or international, arrive damaged, please contact us. We might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so I can be better prepared in the future.
If an item is being shipped directly to a friend or loved one, please let us know. We are happy to include a gift note if you'd like. and we also gift wrap in a reuseable shopping tote.
