This powder does make things change color. Have to use a teaspoon and a half of powder for 1/3 cup of resin. You have to take item out in the sunshine, doesn't work through a window. Its really cool.

Welcome to my corner of creativity!

I'm a proud owner of 2 companies - Atlanta Chemical Engineering LLC and Color Changing Deals LLC. The first company was created by accident because my 5 years old daughter at the time loved science and we were constantly doing experiments. Her crazy Chemical Engineer father kept giving her cool art supplies and when we were broke, I started selling them online to pay the bills. Little by little, we created Thermochromic Paints and Photochromic Fabric Paints after an enormous demand from customers. Then our paths separated, and with the divorce I kept our Amazon and Etsy stores Atlanta Chemical Engineering but since I'm full of new ideas, I created Color Changing Deals and kept adding new magical, color changing products. My daughter is now in university, studying Architecture and I believe that all science and art projects we did in her developmental years play a role in her carrier path. That's why I would like to inspire kids to dive into this exciting world of science and art. With my 15+ years of experience and your curiosity, we can create magic together!

Thermochromic and Sun Activated Fabric Paints are hot water and bleach resistant. You can wash your color changing garments in the washing machine with your regular laundry and the colors do not bleed off.

Question: I am a science teacher and will be making color changing slime. Could you please give me some guidance on how much should I buy? My instructions are in teaspoons and your pigment comes in grams.

Answer: 10 grams container has 7 teaspoons Thermochromic Powder Pigment, 50 grams container - 35 teaspoons Thermochromic Powder Pigment.

Question: What is the area coverage for Thermochromic Paints and Fabric Paints?

Answer: The coverage for Thermochromic Fabric Paint is between 2 and 4 square feet per 2 ounces container (1858 - 3716 cm² / 60 ml), depending on the type of the texitle used for screen printing. For Thermochromic Paint - between 4 and 6 square feet per 2 ounces container (3716 - 5574 cm² / 60 ml), depending on the type of the surface subject of painting.

Question: What's the difference between Pigments, Paint and Fabric Paints?
Color Changing Pigments come in powder forms. You can mix it with a binder of your choice ( depending on the surface you want to apply on).

Thermochromic and Sun UV Activated Paints come pre-mixed, ready to apply on paper, canvas, ceramic, rubber, metal, glass, wood and rocks.

Thermochromic and Sun UV Activated Fabric Paints come pre-mixed as well. They're perfect for application on any type of fabric, leather, shoes and curtains.
