5 out of 5 starsThe video was too short, and the graphics were a little under average. Disappointing. UPDATED REVIEW! I am changing my original review to 5 stars due to outstanding customer service. The seller contacted me to request an explanation for my initial, 2 star review. Even though I explained that my dissatisfaction with the card rested solely on me, the seller issued a refund. Even though the seller clearly stated the length of the video, the amount of time didn’t correctly register in my brain until I saw the card. Although the card was cute, I had pictured something a little more sensational and attention-grabbing for a toddler. Both the message asking for an explanation for my rating and the unrequested refund was a level of customer service rarely experienced but deeply appreciated.
