We want you to be 100% satisfied with your colorful and joyful purchase!
Color Joy Co. offers returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Exceptions apply. Masks are final sale due to health reasons. Please note the refund will only be for the item and not include shipping paid to get the item.
To return, please contact the shop within 3 days of delivery and mail the items back to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact us for a discounted return shipping label.
