PERSONALIZED DECAL NOTICE
Decals are designs prepared on vinyl paper for transfer onto another surface such as balloons. The decal is NOT reusable, the vinyl backing is sticky to adhere to the balloon surface. Please be advised the decals will lift off the balloon surface as it deflates, in other words, loss of helium or air.
HOW DO I APPLY THE CUSTOM DECAL TO MY BALLOONS?

CLEAR BALLOON NOTICE
Clear Balloons can be affected by outdoor weather conditions and different types of helium. We recommend using a high-quality helium mixture (80% helium/20% air). The size of the balloons is listed in the product description, overfilling of any balloons will make them pop. In rare circumstances, it is possible that the clear balloon may not inflate correctly or as large as expected. We can’t guarantee that the clear balloon will work for every circumstance. As a courtesy for our valued customers, we are including another balloon with each order of clear balloons – this can be used as a back in case something happens to your clear balloon.
