Sizing details
Some returns are accepted, under the following conditions:
✧ You must notify me within 3 days of receipt that you will be making a return. I will not accept returns after this time.
✧ The parcel must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt. Buyer is to pay return shipping.
✧ The item must be returned in new condition and its original packaging and I will decide should I return the payment or not.
Sizing details
✧ Your refund will be issued as soon as the package reaches me. I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me! (minus shipment costs and Etsy (5%) & Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% because I work through an intermediary. Buyer pays for the return shipping.
✧ If the parcel is lost by the postal service's fault, I'll return the money only after the official response from the postal service

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we can make custom orders for any length of runners. But we can not dyed in any color that you send us looking at the photos, since the differences in color through the Internet are very strong, it may not correspond to the desired color in reality.
