What type of files will I get?
Each listing includes details on the exact file types (PDF, JPG, editable PowerPoint, editable Canva template). If you’re ever unsure, feel free to message me before or after purchase!
Are your products handmade?
Yes! All designs in my shop are created by me. For physical products, I personally design, print, laminate (when applicable), and carefully prepare each order from my home studio before shipping.
How long does it take to receive my personalized digital files?
Personalized orders are typically delivered within 24 hours (usually within a few hours). I always try to get them to you as soon as possible!
Can I use these for commercial or resale purposes?
No. My files are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. They may not be resold, shared, or used to create other digital products.
I’m having trouble downloading or opening my file. What should I do?
If you're using the Etsy mobile app, downloads won’t work — please use a desktop or mobile browser. If the file is a ZIP folder, you may need to unzip it using your device’s built-in file manager or a free app.
How do I download my digital files?
After your payment is processed, instant download files will be available to download from your Etsy account under "Purchases". Please use a web browser (not the Etsy app).
I paid with Apple Pay (or as a guest). Where are my files?
If you used Apple Pay, PayPal, or checked out as a guest, Etsy might not show the files directly in your app.
Check the email from Etsy that was sent to the email address linked to your Apple ID or PayPal account — it includes a “View your files” button.
If you don’t see it, please look in your Spam or Junk mail folder.
Can you edit my template for me?
Yes! I offer a Classroom Pack Add-On where I fill in up to 30 student names for ANY classroom name tag, desk plate, crayon label, star label, or rectangle label template in my shop.
You’ll receive personalized ready-to-print PDF within 24 hours.
Just add the Classroom Pack Add-On to your order and send me your class list.
Do you design the products yourself?
Yes! All designs in my shop are created by me. I personally design every printable and product you see in my store.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item in my shop is digital and/or made to order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. If your shipped item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help. (Cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.)
