4 out of 5 starsThe product arrived so quickly and very well packaged! My husband’s family is in Ukraine and I surprised him with this as a gift early for Valentine’s Day. The map comes with Khrimea separate and the product does not have any way to mount it on a wall or stand it up so that is a little tricky but we will figure it out. The words on the map are kind of faded but overall I am very pleased!

4 out of 5 starsI didn't even see the bolts at the four cardinal points of this in the photos and they're honestly a little too noticeable for my liking, but I'll keep it for now. It also isn't perfectly cut, the very center triangle has a tiny piece of metal attached still where it shouldn't be, keeping it from being a perfect product.

What happens if the product arrives with damage?
- I will replace the damaged parts for free as soon as possible. In that case, we kindly request you to provide damaged parts' pictures.
-Also, if possible, it would be great to have a damage report from shipping personnel which would ease my claim from the carrier.
I damaged my order during assembly, will you send spare parts?
Sure. I will send the spare part with the lowest charges possible.
The product color did not match my home. Do you accept returns?
I try to represent the most accurate colors in different light conditions. However, it might not possible to understand the exact color of the product from pictures. Unfortunately, If the color of the product I sent is not completely different from listing picture, I cannot accept a refund. Also, you can check the pictures from reviews.

Are your maps puzzle?
No, our maps arrive ready to hang. All you need to do is hang the map on the wall. Most maps are not one piece though, large size country maps can be produced in multiple pieces and islands sent separately within the same box.
