I like to use it at the end of the day (or end of the week if it's been busy) to reflect on my feelings and experiences each day, and pick my colors accordingly. It's like journaling with color instead of words which is exactly what I need after a long day or week. It gives me 5 minutes to do something fun and have some time to myself. It also reminds me what the date will be tomorrow which is super helpful as a busy mama! :)

There is no right or wrong way to use the calendar. My intention when I created it was to color one section per day as a simple creative meditation, but you do you!
Is this a physical product?
No, this is a digital download you print at home. It is possible to use it as a digital coloring book, but that was not the original purpose and I cannot guarantee the outcomes.
How do I receive my files?
