Shipping

We will ship your item within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment (customized orders may take couple of days longer). Please, make sure you're familiar with processing time, before you purchase the item.

We ship to the Etsy shipping address, not to the PayPal, so please be sure it is correct. We send packages with Polish registered mail. It takes about 10-20 business days to arrive worldwide (this is just general information if you need more specific info please contact us before placing an order). ALL orders have delivery confirmation. We will provide the tracking number after shipping.
Post Office failures are not our fault, lost or not delivered packages are beyond our control. And we can't take responsibility for them.

If you're not at home during the time of delivery, the mailman will leave notice in your mailbox. You can easily pick your order in your local post office (don't forget to present the tracking number). After 14 days from failed delivery, the postage will be sent back to us. We'll be happy to refund it or send again - the second shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
