My physical products are generally not available for custom orders. For some, like Scraplettes and Petite Scraplets, if a color you wanted is sold out, it still may be possible for me to restock, but most likely this will be in very limited quantities, since these products are made entirely from, well, scraps I have on hand. Feel free to ask!

For digital products like color palettes and digital papers, please contact me with your custom order questions.

Yes, you can print my digital papers with any regular printer, but you may want to adjust the printer settings:

Option 1. Print the image at full size and the edges will be cropped automatically.

Option 2. Use "Scale to Fit" to print the full image at approximately 8 x 8 inches without cropping. (This is what I recommend for any digital papers other than solid colors.)

Download links are sent automatically by Etsy to the same email address registered in your account; I can't change or control this. So please check your Etsy account before placing your order, to make sure your account is using your preferred email address.

No. With all my digital products, including knitting patterns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. So please, make sure you have read these FAQs and full listing descriptions BEFORE placing your order, and always feel free to message me with any questions you have!

Honestly, I looked at a lot of policies before writing my own, and what jumped out at me was all the restrictions. Granted, every designer absolutely has the right to sell in the way they see fit, but for me, I was thinking more "open source" — I'd create beautiful palettes and palette-based designs, you purchase them for a nominal fee, and you can use them however you choose. How does that sound?

That said, there ARE a few rules to abide by, which I expect you to honor. I'm limited to 750 characters in each of these FAQs, so please scroll down for details.

• Please do not claim my designs as your own (like re-selling them in your own shop, as if you had created them yourself); I retain the copyright to all my own original work.

• I create these digital items with the same purpose in mind as when I'm creating a physical product: they're materials for you to use in the creation of your own wonderful projects. So as long as you alter the files you purchase from me so that they become your own work, that's fine.

• Example of acceptable use: You use a palette image (the striped one in my palette packages) as a background for a social media post where you add photos, text, etc. NOT acceptable would be posting that same striped image all by itself.

Updated December 2021:

It's pretty simple: With the exception of my digital products, most of what I sell is one-of-a-kind, and are therefore treated as final sales.

Another exception: I do offer a return option on clothing items, because I know from my own sensitive-skin experience that the yarns I use don't always feel good on everyone's skin. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask be prior to placing your order, especially if you're ordering a wearable item as a gift.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. And please contact me with any questions or concerns BEFORE returning anything. Thank you!
