Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Return Policy , Refunds and Exchanges.

1. If You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Kindly e-mail the pictures which clearly shows the damaged / defective portion of the product
3. In order to return a product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:
- Product should be unused condition
- You will be required to dispatch the product within 7 days of receipt of goods.

- Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in the form of additional products i.e. If you incur an X amount of money in sending a product back to us, we will send you goods worth X amount along with the replaced product.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging
- It is advised that the return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit

- If a product returned is duly accepted by us the cost plus the shipping charges will be refunded back to you.

- In case of an exchange against the damage product, will replace the damaged product with a new one and will give an additional product whose worth will be equal to the cost of return shipping paid by you.

The ComfyPlus accepts payments through Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards. You can also pay through your Credit Card through Paypal. Please check the same at the time of checkout. Accepts Etsy Gift Cards

I ship your orders to your Paypal address, please make sure this is the correct address.
- If you wish your package to be sent to a different address, please let me know before paying.

1. We ship all our parcels through 'First Class Mail service.

- You will get a tracking number to track the shipment on line.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal person will leave a notice at your place indicating on how you can arrange for a re-delivery or pickup. Please collect the parcel within 10 days of the time it reaches you or else it might get returned to us. NO REFUND will be provided if it remains unclaimed.

2. I can reship them again provided that the buyer pays the shipping fees once again.

3. NO REFUND will be given for attempted delivery at wrong addresses

4. Must provide your Telephone number or contact no. when making a purchase while checking out in the NOTE column.It will help the postal department to contact you in case of any confusion.
5. Please Convo me for any question you might have regarding the product etc. I usually reply within 24 hrs
6. Normally, we ship the products 2-3 days after receiving the payment, unless we are on vacation or it is a made to order product. However, if you require to get it shipped the next day, please drop us a convo. We will do our best to ship is as quickly as possible

The buyer will be responsible for any custom fee or taxes incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from USA.
