Concrete with Soul
When you receive your custom made product from Concrete Designs, you will be able to see and feel the story that it has to tell. You will be able to see the fluctuations in color and texture, you may even see evidence of how the concrete flowed into the custom made mold through the undulations in color and texture, you may find a tool mark showing the love and care of our artisans hands.
We finish our products with a reactive sealer that protects the concrete surface while allowing it to breathe and change with time as it continues to record the story of your life through subtle changes in the surface. Much like the tooling marks in the wood work in an historic building or its worn marble stairs, your custom order will tell its story with warmth and an air of mystery.

PLUMBING:
All of our sinks can be made with or without faucet holes and with any faucet hole layout, simply make a note of it when you order.

All of our sinks are ready to hook up to standard lavatory plumbing. Our slot drain sinks come with a standard 1.25" tailpipe that is ready to connect to a standard P-Trap.

CUSTOM SIZES:
If you need to make a small adjustment to the size, simply order the closest size, within 2" and add the final dimensions in the notes when ordering. For instance, if you need a 41" or a 43" long sink, order the 42" and note the final size in the order. If, you need a more custom size, please send me a message.

CONFIRMATION:
It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify that all measurements, faucet holes, colors, shipping address, contact information, and all other details are accurate prior to production. Drawings and specifications for cabinetry, etc. can be submitted to Concrete Designs to aid in the design of the product; however, it is ultimately up to the consumer to verify that all project details are correct. Concrete Designs will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the design, poor fit, misalignment, etc. We will build the product to the detailed specifications on the production sheet that is provided to and approved by the consumer. Concrete Designs will not begin production until these details are approved by the consumer. Any delay in approval may delay shipment of the finished product and Concrete Designs will not be liable for any damages, monetary or otherwise, due to delayed communication from the consumer.

ABOUT CONCRETE:
Concrete is a raw material that WILL have variation in the surface and color. These 'imperfections" are what give concrete its uniqueness and beauty, much like the knots in wood or the tooling marks in an old piece of lumber. Please keep this in mind when ordering, if you want a product with a "flawless" finish then it is possible that concrete is not the product for you. All of our products are hand-made, although rare, small variances in final measurements can happen up to 1/8."

RETURNS:
Since every product we make is custom, we cannot accept returns for issues of fit, variations in the surface, variations in color, or shipping delays encountered by the shipping company.
