How do I access my Canva template after purchase?
After purchase, you can download a PDF file that contains a link to your Canva template.
You can access the PDF in two ways:
Email: Etsy will send a confirmation email with a download link.
Etsy Account: Go to Purchases & Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files.
Open the PDF, click the Canva link, and log into your free Canva account to start editing!
I didn’t receive my Canva template link. What should I do?
If you checked out using Apple ID with "Hide My Email," Etsy may have sent your link to a random Apple email address instead of your main one. Sometimes, these emails don’t forward properly.

Do I need a Canva Pro account to edit my template?
No, all of my templates are designed to work with Canva’s free version- no Pro subscription required!
