What are your shipping and delivery times?

Custom and personalized orders

In some cases I can do custom and/or personalized orders, so please send me a message if you're interested. I may have to turn down a custom project if I already have a full workload, but it can never hurt to ask! Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, I can package any order as a gift! Send me a note within 24 hours of your purchase to let me know if I should gift wrap it, then I'll get back to you with the details.

What if I want to return something?

You'll need to contact me right away (within 7 days of receiving your order). I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I'll do everything in my power to make it right. I make every effort to keep my photos and descriptions accurate so you know exactly what you're getting, and I pack every order in sturdy shipping materials.
