Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry the ISO 27001 Essentials Package was not the right fit for this buyer’s needs. This listing is intended to be a starter ISO 27001 template set, separate from the larger Full Document Template Package. After learning of the concern, I worked with the buyer directly, issued a full refund, and updated the listing language to make the package scope and differences between package levels clearer for future customers.
