Sizing details
The size refers to the longest point of measurement on the design. This could be either width or height. All measurements are approximate.
What is a Stencil?
A stencil is a piece of mylar with the details of the design cut out so that you can wipe icing or use edible spray to apply the design. Typically customers use this in combo with the cookie cutter to decorate with this style.
What is a Stamp?
A stamp is the inner detail that presses the design INTO the dough. These fit inside the cutter and also act as a plunger to remove the dough easily. Very popular when purchased with the cutter.
What is a Debosser?
A debosser is the negative of the stamp. The design will pop OUT & be raised instead of being pressed IN like with a stamp. Works really well with fondant and can be used with a cutter or any other basic plaque style cutter. In my opinion they look WAY nicer
My order arrived damaged. Now what?
Please contact me right away and send images of both the outside of the package and the damaged item(s). Be sure to hang onto all packaging and contents, as the post office requires damaged packages to be presented for inspection in order to process a claim and get approval. In order to file a claim, insurance must have be purchased for the order. Without the above, all claims will be denied by USPS under their new updated policies.
