5 out of 5 starsI had maybe too much questions, and ideas, but Emilia answered all of them quickly, and with her expertise we aggreed on the final design. It have arrived really fast. The communication was flawless, really professional. The item looks really high quality, feels amazing, and will surely work out. I even got the recipe to bake the cookies. So looking forward to try it out. I would recommend the shop for everyone. :)

How do I send my photos to you?
You can send your photos via Etsy Messages after placing your order. Please send clear, high-resolution photos of the couple taken in good light. The couple can be together in one photo or in separate photos.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Unfortunately, I cannot start a custom illustration before the order is placed. However, you will always receive a proof before printing, and small adjustments are included.
What photos work best?
Clear, high-resolution photos taken in natural light work best. Front-facing photos are ideal, especially when the face shape, hairstyle and main facial features are clearly visible. You can send a few options, and I will choose the ones that work best for the illustration.
Can I have a digital copy of the drawing?
Yes, upon request I can send you a high-resolution digital copy of the final drawing for personal use. Commercial use, resale or business use is not included and would require a separate agreement.
Do you send the drawing before production?
Yes. I will send the custom drawing for your review before printing your tattoos. Your approval is required before production begins. If I do not receive a reply within 3–6 days, production may be delayed.
I used the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, I can update the shipping address on my end. Please note that I cannot change the address on your original Etsy receipt, but I will provide tracking information for the corrected address.
What is your privacy policy?
Your original photos are kept private and are used only to create your custom order.
I may share the finished tattoo design or product photos in my portfolio, shop or social media, but if you prefer to keep your design completely private, simply let me know when ordering.
You may use the final drawing for personal purposes. Commercial use, resale or business use is not included and would require a separate agreement.
