🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
• A 15% restocking fee may apply
Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unused, uncut, unmarked, and rolled — not folded. Items that have been cut, altered, used, marked, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping upgrades, if purchased, are non-refundable.

Our leather sheets are cut to order. If you need a custom size, specific pattern placement, hair direction, or other special request, please contact us before purchasing.
We will confirm availability and whether the request can be accommodated. Because leather is a natural material, exact color, pattern, grain, or marking placement cannot always be guaranteed.
Sizing details
All sizes are listed in inches. If you need a different size, please contact us before purchasing to check availability.
Because our products are cut from natural hides, slight variations in dimensions may occasionally occur during cutting and handling. Leather is a natural material and should not be expected to behave like fabric or other manufactured sheet materials.
What happens if an item sells out after I place my order?
All items are available while supplies last. Due to limited inventory and simultaneous sales across multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally sell out before our inventory is updated.
If this happens, we will contact you through Etsy Messages as soon as possible with available options, which may include a comparable alternative or a full refund for the unavailable item.
Please check your Etsy Messages after placing your order, as we may need your response before we can complete your order.
📦 Does Priority or Expedited Shipping make my order process faster?
No. Shipping upgrades only change the carrier service/transit speed after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Our standard processing time still applies to all orders. Purchasing Priority or Expedited Shipping does not move your order ahead of other orders or shorten our processing time.
Please consider both processing time + carrier transit time when estimating delivery. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Cool Solution.
🐄 Will my leather look exactly like the photos?
No two hides are exactly alike. Leather is a natural material, so color, tone, grain, texture, markings, hair pattern, hair direction, and other characteristics may vary from piece to piece.
Product photos are provided as a reference and represent the general color, pattern, and style of the leather. Natural variations, scars, wrinkles, brands, small holes, and other markings may be present and are not necessarily considered defects.
For hair-on and specialty leathers, pattern placement and coloration can vary significantly depending on the individual hide.
🐄 What should I expect with Hair-on Cowhide Leather?
Hair-on cowhide is a natural product, and every piece is unique. Hair color, length, direction, density, and pattern will vary from hide to hide. Natural scars, brands, markings, and small imperfections may also be present.
Some hair shedding along cut edges is normal, particularly immediately after cutting, and is not considered a defect.
